UNOX Limited Warranty Conditions

With these UNOX warranty conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”), UNOX S.p.A. (hereinafter “UNOX”) grants the Final Purchaser the right to activate the warranty under the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Warranty”).


Definitions:

- Final Purchaser: the end user who purchases one or more products from a UNOX Dealer;

- UNOX Dealer: the UNOX dealer or sales partner from whom the Final Purchaser purchased the Product;

- UNOX Service Partner: the UNOX partner providing technical support to address faults or malfunctions and ensure proper operation;

- Products: the products of UNOX S.p.A.


Warranty Activation:

To benefit from this Warranty, the Final Purchaser must register the Product at www.unox.com no later than 30 days from the date indicated on the sales invoice issued by the Dealer, or from the date of installation at the Final Purchaser’s premises, provided proof of installation is submitted and deemed valid at UNOX’s sole discretion.

The Warranty becomes effective from the invoice date or, if earlier, from the installation date. The Final Purchaser must provide documentation to verify the start date; if UNOX does not accept it, the invoice date prevails.

Upon activation and registration of the Product, the Warranty covers 12 months of labor and replacement parts.


Requirements:

The Final Purchaser must provide the UNOX Service Partner with proof of Dealer, installation date and location, and Product model through written confirmation or an installation invoice.


Coverage:

UNOX will remedy faults demonstrably caused by material or manufacturing defects. UNOX may, at its discretion, repair the Product, replace defective parts, or replace the Product.

Warranty services performed do not extend or renew the Warranty. Replaced Products or parts become the property of UNOX. Shipping costs and risks for Warranty interventions are borne by the Final Purchaser.

The Final Purchaser must report defects in writing within 5 business days of discovery. Receipt by UNOX or its Service Partner is authoritative.


Exclusions:

- Defects from improper installation, unqualified repairs, unauthorized third-party interventions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions;

- Failure to follow the manual, maintenance cycles, or use of unauthorized cleaning/treatment products;

- Consumables or wear parts (e.g., bulbs, gaskets, glass damage);

- Limescale deposits;

- Use of non-UNOX automatic cleaning products;

- Natural wear;

- Non-original UNOX parts;

- Non-compliance with technical requirements of the country of installation.


Valid exclusively for Products purchased in Italy.

The Final Purchaser acknowledges reading and explicitly accepting Articles 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of this Warranty (registration, warranty terms, ownership of replaced Product, transport costs/risks, defect reporting, limitations).
